Due to heat diseases occurring

As the heat season starts, the outbreak of diseases increases, if you do slight negligence. Many diseases can come easily to grip. such as lu, heat stroke, stomach problems, diarrhea, etc. It is therefore necessary to try the methods of avoiding these diseases during the summer season. Your little care can be prevented from these diseases.

Drink water

To avoid heat problems, heat stroke problems, stomach problems, it is necessary to drink plenty of water. Compared with other weather, this season requires more water in the body. If the proper amount of water is not drunk, then the water becomes deficient in the water,  which the balance of electrolyte is deteriorated and increases the risk of diseases.
Stay at home

It is better to stay home in the summer to avoid diseases. Do not leave home if not very important. If you want to go out, go to a place which is cold. That means if you have to shop, then go shopping in malls instead of the usual shop. It will not heat you.

Wear light clothes

Wear light clothes to avoid diseases in the summer season. Not only the weight of your clothes, but the color should also be light. Do not wear black colored clothes at this time, wear more and more white clothes.

Sunscreen use

In the summer season, exposure to sun exposure may lead to skin related diseases such as rashes, tanning etc. To avoid this, it is necessary to use sunscreen when leaving. Use the SPF 15-20 sunscreen when you get out, this will save your skin from harmful rays of the Sun for 12-15 hours.

Umbrella or hat

To avoid heat outbreaks, prepare well while going out, i.e. use umbrellas or caps. This makes your body not directly exposed to the sun and does not seem to heat.

Out time

Determine the time of going out in the summer season. Try that you can not escape from the exit in the afternoon, because it is the highest heat at the moment. Get out of the house at the time of the evening or in the morning.

Fruits and vegetables

Fresh fruits and green vegetables have a very important contribution in reducing heat outbreaks and protecting you from diseases. In this season cucumber, cucumber, watermelon, melon etc should be consumed.

Avoid excess fatigue
